We want you to be happy wearing a saree! To this end we try to provide the most convenient and customer-friendly options we can, however since every product is custom made as per your measurements there are some limitations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
READY2SHIP PRODUCTS: Products under the title "Ready2Ship" may be retuned for a refund or exchange to our USA warehouse within 7 days of your order date. Original shipping charges may be deducted and the product must be unworn, with original packaging and tags intact. Please contact us for an RMA number for returning the product. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
ALL OTHER CUSTOM MEASUREMENT AND STANDARD SIZE SAREES:
All sarees other than "Ready2Ship" are made to order. In the unlikely event you receive a wrong or damaged item we will gladly compensate you for the full cost of the product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with the pictures of the issue and we will provide you with a return label. Please note our products go through a 3 point inspection before shipping with pictures of the product taken at the time of packing, with measurements matching the ordered measurements.
In the event we have stitched the product with wrong measurements from the size chart or +/- 1.5 inches more than the measurements you provided, you may return the item to for a full refund.
In the case of customized orders we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange but we will work with you towatrds a solution on a case by case basis.
DELAYS
Our delivery timelines are accurate but not guaranteed. In the unlikely event, the product is grossly delayed (over 30 days)and has not shipped, we may provide you with a full refund, however we will contact you well before this timeline in case of any issue.
Once shipped it is your responsibility to coordinate with the courier for delivery. We use only reputed couriers like DHL, USPS, UPS and Fedex.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or alterations may be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Thereafter we will try to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee it is possible since processing begins once your order is placed.
- Despite recent changes as of August 2025 in USA Customs Law, USA customers WILL NOT have to pay any extra DUTY, Tariff or Taxes at the time of delivery. Pricing seen is final and all-inclusive.
- For customers in the USA and other countries, you can expect delivery via standard shipping within 15-20 business days depending on the product ordered.
- Items marked :"Ships in 3-5 days" are shipped within 3-5 business days, however Plus size and orders with intricate blouse design may take an additional 3 to 5 days.
- Shipping charges will be mentioned at the time of check out. Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Free shipping maybe applicable only at certain times as mentioned on the website. In the event Free shipping is not applicable, you will see shipping rates at checkout.
