July 31, 2025 - USA Customers - We woudl like to advise you in light of the recent changes in traiffs by the US government, you need NOT worry. You will not be charged any additional fees at the tim eof delivery. Our US pricing is all -inclusive of all costs.
For UK, you may see applicable VAT and Duty rates at check-out. All other countries you will be contacted by the carrier at the time of delivery for any VAT or duty for your country and you may pay the delivery company directly for these charges.
Delivery Time:
For customers in the USA and other countries, you can expect delivery via standard shipping within 15-20 business days depending on the product ordered. Items marked :"Ships in 3-5 days" are shipped within 3-5 business days, however Plus size and orders with intricate blouse design may take an additional 3 to 5 days.
Note we are closed on Sundays and major USA and Indian holidays. A breakdown of this is as follows: Items are usually dispatched within 10-15 business days of purchase. Express shipping which is used for all orders will take 4-6 days after dispatch. Please note since orders are processed and shipped from India, there is a time difference of +1 day for your order to get processed.
We do know and understand that you are purchasing your saree for a special occasion and try our best to meet your deadlines. Please plan ahead to ensure sufficient time to get your product. Though we will try our best, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and may not be responsible for items arriving past your event date. However, in all circumstances except wherein we are awaiting feedback or confirmation from the customer, items will be shipped within 30 days. In all cases we will not be held responsible for delays in delivery by the delivery partner or for packages left unattended. In case you have a concern about your package being left at the door, please contact us and we will arrange for signature only delivery.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be mentioned at the time of check out. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Free shipping :
- Free shipping maybe applicable only at certain times as mentioned on the website. In the event Free shipping is not applicable, you will see shipping rates at checkout.
